Why? To provide quality films that encourage thought and discussion about race relations in the nation and in our community.

Where and when? At the Southside Mall Community Room on the first Friday of every month, from October thru April. Starting time is 7pm.

Who? Community leaders will introduce and lead optional discussions after each of the films. The series is jointly sponsored by the Oneonta area NAACP and the City Community Relations and Human Rights Commission

GET OUT – 2017 - R – 1hr 44m – Already uneasy about meeting his girlfriend’s parents for the first time, Chris’ anxiety doesn’t diminish once he gets to their posh suburb and learns that young African-American men like him have previously vanished from that same place.
